Ordering

Handcrafting typically takes 7-12 business days. For personal custom styles, it may take 10-15 business days.

The exact timeframe depends on the design complexity(e.g., multi-layer beading or special patterns may require more time), current order volume (processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or promotions), material availability (custom/specialty components may add 1-2 days). We prioritize quality assurance while working diligently to complete your order as efficiently as possible. Made just for you! Thanks for waiting for your one-of-a-kind creation.

We are unable to make any changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase (if production hasn’t begun). After this window, your order enters our crafting queue and materials are prepared, sorry, we’re unable to cancel. Thanks for your understanding

Shipping

Shipping time around 9-12 business days. It takes 7-10 business days to handcrafting( For personal custom styles, it may take 10-15 business days) before we ship your order. The exact timeframe depends on the design complexity, required labor hours, and current order queue. We prioritize quality assurance while working diligently to complete your order as efficiently as possible.

Free standard shipping for orders over $59. For detailed shipping rates to different countries, please contact us at service@verhalo.com or chat on the site.

If you place several orders and they are not shipped yet, you can contact us at service@verhalo.com (it’s better to contact us within 24 hours, otherwise your order may start shipping), we can combine them together for one shipping fee and refund other shipping fees. Please email us with all order numbers you want to ship together so we can deal with it..

You can track your order via the order fulfillment notification email we send you upon purchase. Click here and enter the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Care Tips For Your Jewelry

• Our jewelry crafted with glass beads, clean with dry microfiber cloth only (no liquid cleaners).

• Please focus opening/closing force only on the clasp to prevent wear. Your beads will thank you!

• Please keep away from chemicals, bath, crash to avoid any damage.

• Store your Jewelry separately to avoid the scratch.
