Because each piece is handmade-to-order just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, we’ll happily help resolve it! Thanks for your understanding. For specific details, please refer to the following Return Policy:
1. If you made a mistake during the order, you can contact us at service@verhalo.com or chat on our site to modify or cancel the order within 24 hours, we’ll modify it by free if there’s no price difference or give you 100% refund; If your order enters our crafting queue and materials are prepared, sorry, we’re unable to cancel.
2.If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.If the order is free shipping, we’ll deduct the shipping fee.So please make sure your delivery adreess and contact number is right.
3.If there is any quality problem, you have 14 days from the date you receive the products to contact us and request a return. We will resend the products for you at no charge(note that all orders can be exchanged for once only), or provide a 100% refund.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $59. And we strive to deliver your jewelry as soon as possible, so please make sure to enter the correct address and include all the required information.
Shipping time around 9-12 business days. It takes 7-10 business days to handcrafting( For personal custom styles, it may take 10-15 business days) before we ship your order.
